1. When and Why did you first start coming to Coastal Strength & Fitness?
Fagel at Hot yoga saw me walking funny before class one day - ( I was hurting ) told me to check Ben out at Coastal Strength & Fitness. She told me he is pretty amazing and would help me with my foot & knee issues. I also have a client, Greg Davis & he told me about Coastal. So after that I started seeing FB posts on trying Coastal out for a month. Here l am, joined 2022 in March. Word of mouth so powerful!
2. What fitness activities/sports were you doing before you joined Coastal?
Hot yoga 3 to 4 times a week . Running all the different races 5k’s to marathons , along with trail hiking.
3. What results have you seen since you joined Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I have seen my muscle strength grow, feel stronger and it has help contribute to my current weight loss of 41 pounds. My BMI is so much healthier. Also my foot and knee feels so much better.
4. What do you like most about Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I really enjoy just showing up and class is already structured. The classes change every 6 weeks - the coaches help you with teaching form and talk to you in support and encouragement on everything.
5. What is your favorite Coastal training day of the week and why?
Mondays- gets me right and ready for the week.
