Many of our members have overcome some incredible obstacles on the way to health and hotness.

We believe our members are the heartbeat of our great community and provide amazing inspiration to others overcoming their own challenges.

MEET BOB:

1. When and Why did you first start coming to Coastal Strength & Fitness?

I came to Coastal due to I needed to change my habits to live a healthier and in better fitness. We have many friends and family that were members and it was highly recommended and they were right.

2. What fitness activities/sports were you doing before you joined Coastal?

I was walking minimally

3. What results have you seen since you joined Coastal Strength & Fitness?

My gains to date were a high of a 60lb weight loss. My biggest gain is the want to come out and train as much as possible. Coupled with the nutritional counseling, I can say the gym is infectious. The trainers and clients make me want to be there.

4. What do you like most about Coastal Strength & Fitness?

I like the positive energy and care and concern the staff display towards each client, mentorship is big when trying to get back on the right path and this is the only gym that I have been a member of that cared to truly go the extra mile. The clients also are like a second family, everything is positive not bashing which is awesome.

5. What is your favorite Coastal training day of the week and why?

I have 2 favorite days Arm & Leg, all guys love to pump the arms up and work on the guns, leg day is great due to you can see and feel gains week to week faster than other body parts

Lightening Round Questions:

1. What is your Spirit animal?

My spirit animal is the Tasmanian Devil because it is small compared to other species but garners respect with its strength, speed and agility. Being a short guy I always have tried to train to do what the "Big Guys" do and never let genetics hold me back.

2. If you were a Superhero, what would your super power be?

Superhero.....hmmm, I never contemplated that before. I guess I would say Mr. Rogers. He was the ultimate father figure to the nation's children and a highly decorated war veteran who served his country admirably.

3. What is your favorite cheat meal?

Too easy, anything Italian dealing with pizza or pasta.

Are you ready to begin your journey to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle?
