1. When and Why did you first start coming to Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I started coming to Coastal June of last year. I started coming because I was overall very unhappy with my health and appearance.
2. What fitness activities/sports were you doing before you joined Coastal?
I played tennis in high school and college and for awhile was really into running. After I completed the half marathon I was training for I did not stick with exercising and struggled with consistency.
3. What results have you seen since you joined Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I have lost a little over 25 pounds and have really seen a lot of composition changes losing inches!
4. What do you like most about Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I love the community and accountability. I love literally "showing up" and getting a great workout. I love the trainers holding me accountable and pushing me. I really enjoy the diversity of the workouts so you never feel like it is the same thing over and over.
5. What is your favorite Coastal training day of the week and why?
Tuesday! I love (hate) cardio
