Fast & Easy Banana Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
2 eggs
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
non stick cooking spray
cinnamon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat a pan on medium.
Mix together the banana, eggs, and protein powder thoroughly.
Spray the pan with a bit of cooking spray and pour the batter on. Good for a couple minutes until golden brown on the bottom or the top starts to bubble a bit. Flip and cook 1-2 minutes on the other side. Plate and enjoy!
