Fast & Easy Banana Pancakes


  • 1 banana

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 scoop whey protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • non stick cooking spray

  • cinnamon (optional)


  1. Pre-heat a pan on medium.

  2. Mix together the banana, eggs, and protein powder thoroughly.

  3. Spray the pan with a bit of cooking spray and pour the batter on. Good for a couple minutes until golden brown on the bottom or the top starts to bubble a bit. Flip and cook 1-2 minutes on the other side. Plate and enjoy!
