Member Spotlight: Elizabeth Webb

1. When and Why did you first start coming to Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I was in the worse shape that I have ever been in and knew that I needed to do something. I saw the the special that Coastal had on Groupon and my friend, Dawn and I started in October of 2014 and I've been hooked since the first day.
2. What fitness activities/sports were you doing before you joined Coastal?
I did field hockey and gymnastics in high school and messed around with local gyms, ran a few 5ks, but didn't do anything really active, especially once I had the boys.
3. What results have you seen since you joined Coastal Strength & Fitness?
Since joining Coastal, aside from losing over 50 pounds and 20+ inches, I've gained confidence, self-esteem and I'm the happiest that I have ever been. I have a gym family that I love and the support from the coaches and gym members are priceless. I've gotten mentally, physically and emotionally stronger. I do things now that I never thought that I was capable of doing
4. What do you like most about Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I love the support that gym members and coaches give each other. The accountability is amazing. It's my tribe....my circle. No judgment. We're just there to support each other. We are each other's strengths. They've seen me through my ups, downs, failures, PR's, blood, sweat, tears, fears, laughs....you name it, they have been there....that's what I love about Coastal.....they are Family.
5. What is your favorite Coastal training day of the week and why?
All of it.....I'm a Coastal junkie. If I had to truly pick, it would be Friday...full body with a kick butt finisher.

Honey Badger...... small,fierce,never gives up,unstoppable.
2. If you were a Superhero, what would your super power be?
To cure sickness, especially cancer

French Fries and Wings....Crispy Fries with Salt and Buffalo Wings...YUMMM
