3) Seated Hip Flexor Lift - 8/ea


Strength Block:


1a) Hip Thrust x 5-10 reps

1b) Elbow Tucked Pull Apart x 15 reps

2a) High Incline Benchpress x 8-12 reps

2b) Offset KB Squat x 6-8/reps per side

*Single KB racked on one side


3a) Chest Supported Cable Row x 6-12 reps

3b) L-Sit Progression x 5-30 sec


HIIT Finisher Block:


30s on:15s rest x 3 rounds

1) Split Squat Jump

2) Plank w/ Shoulder Tap
