Are You 38-53 Years Young? [Read This]

It is easy to fall into the trap of thinking going to the gym, getting stronger, trying to change your nutrition habits for the better, and losing fat is for 20-somethings. Heck, I don't blame you... Most of the gyms and programs out there are geared towards 20-somethings. One place even has instructors on headsets yelling through speakers at you, a nightclub like lighting setup that is dark but has orange lights blasting at you, and you run on a treadmill every... single... workout. I am only 33 and the thought of the result to my poor knees from pounding away on a treadmill every day hurts. Luckily for you, there are options. If you happened to vote on our transformation contest we mentioned yesterday, you might have noticed that the ages of our finalist ranged from 38-53.
