1. When and Why did you first start coming to Coastal Strength & Fitness?
About a year ago, I wasn't quite the heaviest I've ever been but it was definitely one of if not thee longest stretches where I've been idle (very little to no exercise of any kind). I knew that needed to change and I wanted to dive headfirst into something that wasn't in my comfort zone. Group classes with complete strangers seemed like the perfect opportunity. Had a sample and was hooked.
2. What fitness activities/sports were you doing before you joined Coastal?
Golf exclusively and I'm talking the golf cart not push cart for 18 holes. I try to cash in on any opportunity that might present itself. The elaborate scheme I come up with to make that happen is pretty impressive. I know Golf is seen as a "game" to some people and being fit isn't necessarily a requirement but you see more and more now with Pros that fitness and golf are now very much hand in hand.
3. What results have you seen since you joined Coastal Strength & Fitness?
Body composition mostly. I've lost some lbs. on the scale but it's not something I'm obsessed with checking anymore I do it occasionally just to make sure I'm not unexpectedly heading too far in either direction. At this moment I'm in the best physical shape of my life but more than that I have the hunger/desire to want to improve.
4. What do you like most about Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I never realized how much of an outlet I needed until I started exercising regularly. Now more than ever juggling all these adult responsibilities it's amazing what an hour or so a day (couple hours a week) can do for you when you can completely zone in and just do work. It also reinforces the basic idea that if you set goals, put in the work, profit. Coastal Staff provides the structure and support to enable that and I appreciate that the most.
5. What is your favorite Coastal training day of the week and why?
It took a while but I'm at the point where I can do/want them all. I guess if I had to skip a day, Thursday would be it because that would be a break if I went to Smackdown. Smackdowns are love/hate for me. Hate because it's on a Saturday morning but I love going to them.

2. If you were a Superhero, what would your super power be?
Wicked smarts, like the kind that goes and solves complex math problems at night when no one is around.
3. What is your favorite treat meal?
I'm not sure if this counts but, sweetening up my coffee! Blue agave and French vanilla!
