1. When and Why did you first start coming to Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I started in August 2014, a month after my mom passed away. I had gotten into a rut of not working out and eating whatever made me feel better. I hated the idea of going back to the gym and working out alone so my friend Terra told me I should check out Coastal. The rest is history!
2. What fitness activities/sports were you doing before you joined Coastal?
Before Coastal I had always been a gym person, but I found myself being in there for hours at a time without ever breaking a sweat. My results had hit a plateau and I was bored with the routine.
3. What results have you seen since you joined Coastal Strength & Fitness?
Since joining I have lost ten pounds and a pants size. I have gained a lot of strength and muscle mass and am stronger than I have ever been.
4. What do you like most about Coastal Strength & Fitness?
What I like most about Coastal is the friendly atmosphere. If I'm in a bad or sad mood I know that the people and the trainers will lift my spirit without even knowing it. I'm also always so amazed how much Gary, Will, and Ben remember about all of our personal lives and check in on us!
5. What is your favorite Coastal training day of the week and why?
My favorite coastal day is probably leg day because it's the most challenging and therefore the most rewarding.

1. What is your Spirit animal?
My spirit animal is a pig because I would love to just lay around and eat all day.
2. If you were a Superhero, what would your super power be?
If I was a superhero I would be the Hulk because when I'm HANGRY I'm a completely different person
3. What is your favorite cheat meal?
My favorite cheat meal is anything greasy classic all-American. I rotate between pizza, burger and fries, and chicken wings.
