Coastal Crew Spotlight: Debi Ling Henderson

Many of our members have overcome some incredible obstacles on the way to health and hotness.

 

We believe our members are the heartbeat of our great community and provide amazing inspiration to others overcoming their own challenges.

 

MEET DEBI:

 

1. When and Why did you first start coming to Coastal Strength & Fitness?

I joined the Coastal Family Oct 2014 because I was in a funk dealing with the passing of my Mother and gaining weight.

 

2. What fitness activities/sports were you doing before you joined Coastal?

Before Coastal I was walking and using my Elliptical but it was not giving me any joy.

 

3. What results have you seen since you joined Coastal Strength & Fitness?

Since I joined Coastal so much has changed but here are a few, I have lost 19 lbs, became so much stronger physically and mentally, and my flexibility has so improved.

 

4. What do you like most about Coastal Strength & Fitness?

I love so much about Coastal but to keep this within reason I will keep it short. I love the group/team workout setting, encouragement, knowledge the trainers have about nutrition and being able to modify the exercise according to limitations, family atmosphere.

 

 

 

5. What is your favorite Coastal training day of the week and why?

I love everyday for different reasons so to pick a favorite is tough but I love starting my week off with Coastal so I guess Monday.
