1. When and Why did you first start coming to Coastal Strength & Fitness?
I joined in January 2015. I had been going to another gym where I was no longer seeing results and didn't feel motivated anymore. I figured it was time for a change!
2. What fitness activities/sports were you doing before you joined Coastal?
In high school, I was on the cheerleading squad and tennis team all 4 years. Once starting college, I joined the Zumba bandwagon! The 3 years before joining Coastal, I was apart of another strength and conditioning gym. Looking back, I don't know how I did anything in high school with the extra weight I had!
3. What results have you seen since you joined Coastal Strength & Fitness?
Where do I begin? I have kept 50lbs off, lost inches, gained solid muscle, and have become the most athletic I have ever been!
4. What do you like most about Coastal Strength & Fitness?
Everything! The trainers have so much knowledge and genuinely care about your fitness journey! All of the members are friendly and encourage one another. Last but not least, Coach Ben's dance moves!
5. What is your favorite Coastal training day of the week and why?
It's a tie! I like Wednesday's because it's leg day...trying to get that Kim K. booty! LOL I also like Saturday Smackdown because the workouts are unreal and the teamwork aspect.

1. What is your Spirit animal?
A rabbit, duh! They have fast reflexes and good coordination, are highly observational and alert, gentle and nurturing as well as clever and quick-witted. I like to think that describes me, but I am partial because I'm a rabbit lady and have three pet rabbits!

3. What is your favorite cheat meal?
P-I-Z-Z-A! But only from my favorite place! Andrea's in Yorktown! So good!!
