1. When and Why did you first start coming to Coastal Strength & Fitness?

I joined Coastal May 2015, I started coming to Costal to get a better understanding of fitness and nutrition.

2. What fitness activities/sports were you doing before you joined Coastal?

I was a Onelife member for several years, I promised myself I would only do the one month trial at Coastal. The results I got within a month were amazing and ever since I became addicted and canceled my Onelife membership.

3. What results have you seen since you joined Coastal Strength & Fitness?

Overall my body has changed since Coastal, my waist and arms are one of the biggest differences I've seen in my body.

4. What do you like most about Coastal Strength & Fitness?

I LOVE the environment of the gym!! I love the encouragement and drive the trainers give to do your best while pushing you to the limits.

5. What is your favorite Coastal training day of the week and why?

LEG DAY HANDS DOWN!!!! If you know me you know I'm obsessed with growing a little Beyonce booty of my own.

1. What is your Spirit animal?

I actually wasn't sure so i took a spirit animal quiz and got an elk.

2. If you were a Superhero, what would your super power be?

Ive always wanted to teleport since I was a little kid.

3. What is your favorite cheat meal?

Nothing beats a good burger and fries.
